Getting started
What is ACCA Mark AI?+
An AI marking tool for ACCA exam-style answers. Upload or type your answer to a question, and you get a mark out of the available marks, a pass/borderline result, and detailed written feedback, usually in under 30 seconds.
Which papers does it support?+
All 15 ACCA papers, from Applied Knowledge through Strategic Professional.
What can I upload?+
Typed answers, or exhibits/PDFs, including scanned handwritten answers, question papers, and marking schemes where relevant.
Trust & accuracy
Is this affiliated with ACCA?+
No. ACCA Mark AI is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
How accurate is the marking?+
Marking is inherently judgemental, so we aim to get as close as possible to what a tutor or examiner would give. In testing, some markings were spot on, while others were out by around 1-2%. This can vary slightly, but the AI stays consistent thanks to its extensive underlying training.
Does it use up-to-date tax rates and tables?+
Yes. For tax-based papers, answers are marked against current, correct tax rates and tables rather than whatever a generic AI happens to remember. General AI tools are trained on mixed data from different years, so they can quietly apply outdated rates, bands or allowances without telling you, or even give you a different answer each time you ask. That's a real risk when you're relying on it to check your exam technique.
Why not just ask ChatGPT to mark my answer?+
General AI tools aren't built around ACCA's specific mark allocation and exam technique. ACCA Mark AI is designed specifically for how ACCA questions are structured and marked, across all 15 papers, with consistent, exam-style feedback every time.
Pricing & billing
What happens after my 3 free markings?+
You'll need one of the paid plans to continue: the £9.99/month pass, the £45 6-month pass, or the £75 annual pass. All three give unlimited marking across all 15 ACCA papers.
What's the difference between the plans?+
All three plans include the same core features: unlimited marking, every answer double-checked by a second AI moderator, all 15 ACCA papers, exhibit & PDF uploads, a progress dashboard and priority support. The 6-month and annual passes step up to a stronger underlying AI marking model. The monthly pass is the most flexible, £9.99/month and you can cancel anytime. The 6-month pass is a single £45 payment, ideal if you're prepping for one exam sitting, and works out at £7.50/month. The annual pass is a single £75 payment covering your whole ACCA year, and works out cheapest at £6.25/month.
Can I cancel the monthly pass?+
Yes, anytime. There's no self-serve cancel button just yet, so email us at
accamarkai@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Starting a free trial on the 6-month or Annual pass gives you full access for 7 days at no charge, letting you use the service in full during that time. A card is required to start it. Because of the cost of AI marking, if you use the trial to mark 3 or more answers, the trial can no longer be cancelled and your paid subscription will commence automatically when it ends (£45 for 6-month, £75 for Annual). If you've marked fewer than 3 answers, just email
accamarkai@gmail.com any time before the 7 days are up and we'll cancel it for you before you're charged.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, contact us within 7 days of purchase at
accamarkai@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. The one exception is the 7-day free trial: if you mark 3 or more answers during the trial, it can't be cancelled and the resulting charge isn't refundable.
