By using ACCA Mark AI you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

ACCA Mark AI provides AI-powered marking feedback for ACCA exam practice answers. The service is for educational purposes only.

2. Relationship with ACCA

ACCA Mark AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in any way. ACCA Mark AI is not an ACCA approved learning partner, content provider, or tuition provider. ACCA is a registered trademark of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Use of ACCA-related terminology on this platform refers solely to the subject matter of the examinations and does not imply any association with or approval by ACCA.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or over to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One account per person
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Free markings

New users receive 3 free answer markings. After that, a paid subscription is required. (This is separate from the 7-day free trial on paid plans — see section 6.)

5. Fair usage policy

Paid plans include "unlimited" AI marking, AI-generated mock questions and AI-generated revision quiz questions, meaning unlimited for normal individual study use. To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, each account on a recurring or period plan (monthly, 6-month, annual, or exam bundle) has a fair usage budget of £6 of AI processing per calendar month, covering the combined cost of AI markings, AI-generated mock questions (CBE and standard) and AI-generated revision quiz questions requested by that account.

This budget is set well above what a genuine individual student needs even on a heavy revision day. It resets at the start of each calendar month. If you reach your budget, you'll be able to continue once it resets, or contact us if you have a genuine need for more.

We may suspend, throttle, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is: attempting to circumvent this budget, including by creating or using multiple accounts; using automated tools, scripts, or bots to generate markings or mock questions; using the service to bulk-generate content for resale, redistribution, or for the benefit of people other than the account holder; or otherwise using the service in a way that is disproportionate to genuine individual exam preparation. We may change this budget from time to time to keep the service sustainable, and will act reasonably in doing so.

6. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time
• The 7-day free trial on the 6-month or Annual pass lets you use the service in full during the trial. Because of the cost of AI marking, if you use the trial to mark 3 or more answers, the trial cannot be cancelled and your paid subscription will commence automatically when the trial ends
• If you've marked fewer than 3 answers during the trial, contact us to cancel before it ends and you won't be charged
• We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Do not share your account with others
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Do not attempt to circumvent the fair usage limits described in Section 5, including via multiple accounts or automated tools
• Do not use the service to bulk-generate marking feedback, mock questions, or revision quiz questions for resale or redistribution to others

8. Disclaimer

ACCA Mark AI provides AI-generated feedback for educational guidance only. It is not a substitute for official ACCA tuition, approved learning materials, or guidance from a qualified tutor. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome. All feedback should be treated as supplementary study support only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCA Mark AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
