ACCA Mark AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.
ACCA Mark AI is operated by Billy S, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at accamarkai@gmail.com.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (account storage), and Google Analytics (anonymised stats).
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. In particular, the answers you submit for marking are sent to Anthropic, which is based in the United States, in order to generate your feedback. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by standard contractual safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) that these providers have in place.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete your account information and submitted answers within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited records for longer (for example, payment records that Stripe retains for accounting and tax purposes). Request deletion anytime at accamarkai@gmail.com.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact accamarkai@gmail.com to exercise these rights. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, but only after you've given consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies/site data for this site, which will show the banner again.
